Paul McKenna last night

I had no expectations before I watched Paul McKenna last night (Monday's Sky 1 09:00pm) but I was very impressed.

Interesting subjects, enough description of each approach described to give a good idea of what he was doing, genuine physiological changes in the subjects. Reminded me of Richard Bandler in some ways. Not business but highly recommended for anyone curious about NLP for personal change.
